Made just for you

Every Siempre Conmigo pendant is custom-made from your photo, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind.

If something is wrong, we make it right

If your pendant arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll remake it or refund you.

Lost package

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Changes and cancellations

You can change your photo or cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Once you approve your proof, your pendant goes into production and the order can't be cancelled.
