Yes. We email you a proof within 2 business days. We only start once you approve it. You can change your photo or cancel for a full refund any time before then.

Each pendant is made to order. Most arrive in 3 to 5 weeks after you approve your proof, with free US shipping and tracking. For Christmas, order by November 10 and approve your proof within 2 days.

The heart is about 25 mm (1 inch) wide, halo included. A 925 sterling silver rope chain is included, or you can upgrade to a lab-created moissanite tennis chain.

We design every piece and check every proof here in Texas. Your pendant is made to order by our jewelry partner in China, then shipped to your door with tracking.

Because it's made from your photo, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake it or refund you.

Take it off before swimming, showering or working out, and wipe it with a soft cloth. Store it somewhere dry when you're not wearing it.
