Is it a real diamond?
No. The stones are lab-created moissanite, a gem known for its sparkle. It is not a diamond, and we will always call it what it is.
My photo is old, blurry or a group shot. Will it work?
Send it anyway. We touch up every photo for free, crop it to the person you want, and email you a proof before we make anything.
Will I see it before it's made?
Yes. We email you a proof within 2 business days. We only start once you approve it. You can change your photo or cancel for a full refund any time before then.
How long does it take?
